Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process: To start a return, contact us at support@universalvaults.com. Please include your Order Id/Number and a clear photo of the item. If accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Do not send returns back to the manufacturer.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
